Laurie is skilled through research and learning.

For most of the last decade Laurie has worked in the Cherry Hill Law office of Spear Wilderman assisting clients with Matrimonial, Municipal Court, Real Estate, Juvenile and Estate Matters. Before that Laurie represented clients in both NJ and PA at both legal services and private firms.

Laurie M. Higgins attended Rutgers School of Law where she obtained her J.D. and attended Haverford College for her B.A. in English.

Laurie’s knowledge of the laws and 20 years of experience in the courts means that she will be a strong advocate for you in all areas of your case, including correspondence, filings with the court, negotiations, and trials.  Laurie’s compassionate and empathetic nature means that she will listen to what is important to you and help you through this challenging time in your life by taking all of your concerns seriously, handling all aspects of your case herself, and provide you with advice and guidance.
